01

Member organisations

20 of them form EPSA · they are represented by the Board

Members of Inclusion Europe are national, self-advocacy and regional organisations, representing people with intellectual disabilities and their families.

02

European Platform of Self-Advocates

Made of member organisations · led by the Steering Group · appoints 3 board members

EPSA is a platform of national self-advocacy organisations. 20 Inclusion Europe members from 18 countries belong to it.

03

Steering Group

Elected once a year by the members of EPSA

A group of self-advocates that lead EPSA. Its members are elected at EPSA’s General Meeting, where all members of EPSA come together and decide on important issues.

04

Board

3 seats appointed by EPSA · represents all members · leads the staff

The Board represents the interests of Inclusion Europe’s members and leads the work of the organisation. It is composed, as a minimum, of 3 self-advocates, 3 family members of people with intellectual disabilities, and other advocates.

05

Staff

Carries out the work under the Board

The team doing most of the day-to-day work. We do advocacy at European level and make sure the interests of our members are reflected in EU policy — promoting disability rights, talking to other organisations, writing reports, and taking care of finances.
